Admission Procedure
Akshaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School follows a transparent and systematic admission process to ensure fairness, academic suitability, and student well-being. Admissions are granted based on merit, availability of seats, and compliance with school norms.
General Admission Guidelines
- Admissions are open to students from Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary levels, subject to seat availability.
- New pupils must be introduced personally by their parents or legal guardians, who will thereafter be responsible for the student’s regularity, discipline, and fee payment.
- Admission is granted strictly on merit and eligibility criteria. The decision of the school management regarding admission is final.
Documents Required
The following documents must be produced at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (for students from other schools)
- Aadhaar Card Copy of the student
- Passport-size photographs (if applicable)
- Any other documents required by the school authorities
Fee Payment
- Admission fees and other prescribed charges must be paid within the given timeline to secure the seat.
- Failure to remit fees on time may result in cancellation of admission.
Important Notes
- No admission will be considered without proper documentation.
- The school reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if rules and regulations are not adhered to.
- Parents are advised to read all admission-related guidelines carefully before applying.
Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate
- Students leaving the school during an academic term are required to pay all fees for that term.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only after full settlement of all dues.
- The T.C. will be issued after a minimum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the written application.
- Transfer Certificates must be collected personally by the parent or guardian from the Principal.
