Rules & Regulations
Akshaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School upholds a disciplined and value-based environment to ensure academic excellence, safety, and character development. All students are expected to strictly follow the school rules and regulations at all times.
School Discipline
- Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper behaviour within the school campus.
- Students are required to arrive at the school premises before 9:00 A.M.
- Respect towards teachers, staff members, and fellow students is mandatory at all times.
- Any form of indiscipline, misconduct, or misbehaviour will be viewed seriously and dealt with appropriately by the school authorities.
Code of Conduct
- Students must converse in English within the school campus to improve language proficiency.
- Honesty, humility, and good manners are expected from every student.
- Students must attend school in clean, neat, and prescribed uniform with a properly displayed identity card.
- Damage to school property is considered a serious offence and may lead to disciplinary action.
- Students must strictly follow instructions given by teachers and school authorities.
Attendance Rules
- Regular attendance is compulsory for all students.
- Leave or absence will be granted only on submission of a written application from parents or guardians.
- Students absent continuously for 10 days without valid reason may have their names removed from the attendance register.
- Late coming to school is not encouraged and may be subject to disciplinary action.
Examination Rules
- Students must strictly adhere to examination rules and instructions.
- Malpractice during examinations is considered a serious offence and may lead to strict disciplinary action, including dismissal.
- Students are expected to maintain silence and discipline in examination halls.
- Proper examination dress code and punctuality must be followed.
Mobile Phone Policy
- Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones to school for any reason.
- If a mobile phone is found in a student’s possession, it will be confiscated, and strict disciplinary action will be taken.
- The school will not be responsible for the loss or damage of prohibited electronic devices.
